Instructions for authors

Guidelines for the poster presentations
- Authors are kindly requested to install their posters in the morning of the presentation and to be close to the poster for answering questions during the poster session

Posters: Authors are request to mount their posters during the morning coffee break and before the lunch session.

Guidelines for oral presentations
- The duration of the oral presentations is 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions.
- Please load your presentation to the computer available in the room during the break that precedes your session.
